The Hamptons – Self Catering apartments
Apartment One
Originally part of a Victorian Villa overlooking the town and sea; a communal entrance door will lead you to the ground floor apartment. Once inside, the entrance hall flows through to the lounge, two separate bedrooms and the shower room. The kitchen is a separate room off of the lounge. The apartment is bright and airy.
The kitchen is well equipped including quality appliances from Dualit and Bosch plus crockery, cookware, utensils, cutlery and glassware. It also has a large fridge freezer, range cooker, microwave and a dish washer. There is a large farmhouse table for dining.
The lounge can be open plan to the kitchen via bi-fold doors. The Living room has a flat screen TV with internet access and DVD player, with a huge range of DVD to use within the black TV cabinet. There is a large sofa and matching arm chair.
There are two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a four poster bed with a flat screen TV at the bottom of the bed over an open fireplace. The second bedroom is set out as a twin with TV and a roll top bath situated in a room off this bedroom.
The shower room is between the two bedrooms with a large walk-in shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Apartment Two
On the 1st floor of this Imposing Victorian building, the light living area is at the front of the property with a bay window over looking the town & sea. With seating for 6 people around a flat screen TV; the living area has a larger dining table and has a bright well equipped small kitchen adjacent.
There are 3 individually designed bedrooms to this apartment 2 doubles and one twin; each with ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a bath too with beautiful views and plenty of storage.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Off street parking is available for one car and free parking can be found at the bottom of the drive way.
The apartments are a short walk from Tunnels Beaches and the town centre. You can also pick up the National Trust coastal path at the back of the property. There is a garden terrace with dining and lounge seating to the side of the property with a pizza oven and BBQ facilities. There is also a shared hot tub for up to 5 persons.

Amazing sandy beaches with warrens and rock pools, great for surfers, romantics and children alike.
Lee Bay - just 2 miles west of Ilfracombe
Whether you go by road or foot the trip from Ilfracombe to Lee promises amazing sea views across the cliffs and you can recharge your batteries at the Grampus pub. If you go with the family the rocky cove and beach are sure to please.
Tunnels Beaches - 5 minutes walk
In the centre of Ilfracombe, carved through the cliffs, are the tunnels beaches which are steeped in history, they were first opened in 1823 And provide a secluded beach and tidal pools, safe for children, see the new soft play hut and bar on www.tunnelsbeaches.co.uk
Lundy Island - 15 minutes to Ilfracombe ferry
Take a boat from the picturesque harbour and arrive at the beautiful island of Lundy within two hours. Where you can see Puffins, seals and deer as well as lighthouse and smugglers caves, it's a great day out.
If surfing is your thing, then North Devon won't disappoint, with some of the best surfing beaches in the country.
Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe are close by so you'll be spoilt for choice.

Ifracombe Aquarium
Great little aquarium on the harbour in Ilfracombe. Housing a unique collection of sea life, all found around North Devon. Open all year, has a small cafe too. Just a 15 min walk from The Quarry.
